1. Scope

This text regulates the delivery and refund principles for balance top-up transactions and the use of digital products and services provided through the Klogsoft platform.

2. Delivery Conditions

Klogsoft provides digital products and services through a prepaid balance system.

  • The balance is loaded to the user's account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
  • The loaded balance can be used immediately for digital products and services available on the platform.
  • All balance top-up and usage transactions are recorded and viewable in the user's account dashboard.

3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • Unused balance may be refunded upon written request, excluding payment processing fees and bank deductions.
  • Balance already spent on digital products or services within the platform is non-refundable.
  • Refund applies only to the remaining unused portion of the loaded balance.
  • Third-party service fees, payment commissions, and API credit charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds are completed within 7-14 business days depending on the original payment method.
